If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Neomed Trading FZE, Umm Al Quwain Freezone, UAE
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Revivv , accessible from https://revivv.ae
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

All orders from You are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process We incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while We understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, We are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If You cancel Your order BEFORE it has been shipped, You will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

You cannot cancel Your order AFTER it has shipped and the cancellation will be treated as a return.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be treated as a return.

Conditions for Returns

We hope that you love our products, but sometimes things don’t work out. As we always want to make our customers happy, please reach out to hello@revivv.ae should You have any questions or concerns.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods were not used or damaged

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to Us. Please contact us at info@neomedlb.com to get your RMA # and set up return shipping.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We require an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Returned goods will be assessed a AED35 restocking fee.
